Variotrac 250H
The Variotrac 250H self-propelled wheeled machine is a more powerful version of the VT 180H. It retains its compact size, but has a more powerful engine for working on more difficult terrain or harder materials.
The advantage of hydraulic drive is its ability to transmit and modulate high power with precise control. The VT 250H is ideal for applications requiring varied movements in demanding working conditions. Last but not least, with no cardan shaft, the mulcher can be raised to a height of over a metre, making work sites easier.

PLAISANCE forestry mulcher
Although all types of mulcher can be fitted, the forestry mulcher remains the flagship product attached to our self-propelled machines. The rotor is fitted with wire protection, bolt-on shafts and side teeth to prevent deposit build-up. Our teeth are all fixed, with single or double carbide tips, and arranged in a helical V-shape. As a result, mulcher effort is minimized and residues are finely shredded. Plaisance forestry mulchers are renowned for their robustness and performance.
The Plaisance cabin
The entire cabin was developed by Plaisance Equipements. It is fully secured with Margard® glazing and ROPS – FOPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) approval. The interior is naturally air-conditioned, pressurized and soundproofed. The steering wheel can be tilted, and the seat is fully adjustable to suit your height. Finally, the electronic display gives you access to all the self-propelled truck’s gauges and warning lights.
